    The staff were accommodating and professional.

    The air-conditioning was loud. We had issues with bugs and mosquitos in our room, which really detracted from our comfort. The bar at the pool closed too early, limiting our ability to relax in the evening.

    Waking up to lush greenery and friendly flamingos frolicking around was pure magic. The food was excellent.
